Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the final image or service delivery.
- You may request a refund if the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the initial order.
- Refunds are not applicable once the generated image has been approved or used.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Custom or bespoke orders that have been agreed upon and approved by the customer are non-refundable.
- If the service has already been substantially delivered (i.e., more than 50% of the work completed), no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable for any revisions requested after delivery as per the revision policy.
